Unique Opportunity to grab an entire established website, domain name, and product ... with a twist!

Not too long ago, I was approached by an individual who wanted to purchase a website of mine. Now, I knew that I could have accepted the offer and made a quick profit, but an idea hit me...

Why not turn this whole scenario into an example for others, as well as an opportunity to demonstrate how anyone can market a product well?!?

I thought of selling it as an auction and offering the extra publicity of being mentioned in a big upcoming guide, a seminar, and a few sites as a sort of bonus, but I knew that I really wanted to not only show how someone could make money from selling a website, but also how someone could profit from starting with a site, product, etc. from scratch.

I soon realized that I would be excluding a lot of people if I set it up as a pure auction or at a standard price, so I developed a solution to that which you'll soon hear about.

I'm putting up JS2Html.com -- its website, domain name, and the product itself -- for auction with a twist. The twist is that you'll not only have to e-mail me your offer at briankoz [at] gmail.com, but you should also include a brief sentence or two about why you think you'd be a good candidate for this site or what you think you could do to make yourself more money off of it. The catch is that the winner might not necessarily be the top bidder.

I'll decide to accept the bid if I like what I hear and think that you'd be a good example to demonstrate and mentor (if you wish) into marketing that site on a larger sale.

Now, JS2Html has been very profitable for me with very little marketing on my part. It provides sales by itself without any marketing due to some nice natural search engine rankings, as well as super cheap PPC ads (far under a dollar a day budget). But I haven't done nearly as much as I could have done to promote it. Instead of me focusing on marketing that, I wanted to focus on two things -- demonstrating the product creation process to the point of selling a site, as well as how ANYONE can market a site and make some nice dough without the aid of huge mailing lists, big JV's, etc.

I will be mentioning this in at least one upcoming guide, a seminar I'll be speaking at, etc. On top of that, I will be offering my mentoring services for free to the winner.

In addition, I'm offering some insane bonuses. If the winning bid is at least $5,000 (that's a steal for an established website already bringing in money), you'll also get to take advantage of an upcoming service of mine and get a custom written ebook on any topic of your choice, a website sales page with custom graphics, and a copywritten sales page for absolutely free. So that's two products for an insanely low offer.

If the winning bid is close to $10,000, you'll still get that custom ebook package deal, but you'll also get a free custom script/program package thrown in there to bring your own small to medium size script idea to life and also get your own website, graphics, and sales page written for that as well (that's three products with websites for the price that is incredibly low just for the JS2Html deal).

And lastly, if the bid is over $10,000, you'll get all of the other bonuses PLUS custom web 2.0 marketing specifically for the product of your choice all done for you by a fellow marketing buddy of mine specializing in web 2.0 promoting. This will include custom made videos, blogs, directory submissions, squidoo lenses, etc. all done for you. In fact, this along could skyrocket something like JS2Html for you.

This is the deal of a lifetime, and remember, not only will you get a ton of exposure, but you also have the chance to grab this deal even if you can't afford it. Remember, I'm still giving anybody the chance to enter this contest/auction if they can tell me what they'd do or why I should choose them.

So if you're interested and want to take advantage of this super unique offer, e-mail me at briankoz [at] gmail.com.
