1and1 Hosting has a new promo going on for 25% off. 1and1 is one of my favorite hosts, especially for beginners because not only are they well established, but they also have perhaps the cheapest prices for the value that they offer. They should have just about everything you'd ever need, and I've used them as one of my hosts for quite some time.
